Chat Room Etiquette and Rules
To ensure everyone has a pleasant time here, please follow these guidelines. The chat room is subject to the same norms of politeness and ethics as any other public space.
General Principles
Freedom of Speech and Responsibility: Every visitor has the right to their opinion and to share information. Remember that the service provider is not responsible for users' posts – each visitor is personally responsible for ensuring their words and actions comply with applicable laws.
Anonymity: Behave with dignity – it is naive to think that complete anonymity is possible on the internet.
Main Rules
Politeness: Blatant swearing and intentional insulting of other users are prohibited.
Harassment (Spam): Do not repeat the same thought over and over, avoid "door-slamming" (constantly joining and leaving), and use colors in moderation.
Capital Letters: Do not write sentences entirely in capital letters – this is considered shouting.
Privacy: If another user does not wish to chat with you privately, respect their choice and do not pester them.
Identity: Using a derogatory name for others is prohibited. Also, refrain from copying other users' usernames.
Advertising: Any form of advertising and inviting users to other platforms is prohibited.
Legislation: Promoting racism, violence, drugs, and any other activities contrary to the law is prohibited.
Please note: Rule breakers will be removed by administrators. If necessary, access will be blocked indefinitely.
Enjoy the chat and be polite to others!
