These Terms of Service govern the use of Salasoov.ee (hereinafter: the Platform) and the purchase of VIP services.
The Platform is owned and operated by Salasoov OÜ, registry code 17481469 (hereinafter: the Service Provider).
1. Age Restriction and Acceptance
1.1. Use of the Platform is permitted only to persons who are at least 18 years of age.
1.2. By registering, the User confirms that they are of legal age and that all information provided is true and accurate.
1.3. To ensure the safety of the service, the Service Provider reserves the right to request proof of age from the User in case of reasonable doubt. If it appears that the User has knowingly provided false information regarding their age, the Service Provider reserves the right to close the account. In such cases, the fee paid for the VIP service is non-refundable.
2. VIP Packages and Payments
2.1. The VIP package is a one-time paid additional service activated for a specified period (e.g., 30 days).
2.2. No automatic renewals. After the end of the selected period, the VIP status expires, and the User must purchase the service again if they wish to continue.
2.3. Prices are displayed in Euros and include all applicable taxes.
2.4. Right of Withdrawal: As this concerns digital content where the provision of service begins immediately after payment, the User agrees that by making a payment, they lose the 14-day right of withdrawal from the contract (Law of Obligations Act § 53 (4) 7.1).
2.5. The Service Provider reserves the right to change the prices of VIP packages, but changes will not affect already purchased and valid packages until the end of their period.
2.6. Payment Methods and Intermediaries:
Card and bank link payments are mediated by Modena Estonia OÜ. The Service Provider does not have access to the User’s full card details.
Mobile payments (added to the operator's bill) are mediated by [Zlick / Fortumo]. By making a mobile payment, the User agrees to the terms of the respective payment intermediary and their mobile operator.
Purchases made via mobile payment are final and non-refundable, except in the case of a technical failure in the service that prevents the use of the VIP package.
3. User Obligations and Prohibited Activities
3.1. The User is solely responsible for the content of their profile (text, photos).
3.2. The following are strictly prohibited:
Offering or mediating prostitution, escort services, or any other paid sexual services.
Harassing, threatening, or insulting other users.
Using false information or the photos of other persons.
Sending commercial communications (spam) or advertisements without permission.
3.3. The Service Provider has the right to block the account in case of a violation. In the event of a violation, fees paid for the VIP package will not be refunded.
3.4 Users are prohibited from using the platform for fraud, spamming, or other malicious activities. The platform reserves the right to use automatic security filters to monitor the content of messages. If a violation of the rules or suspicious activity is detected, administrators have the right to temporarily or permanently block a user account.
4. Limitation of Liability
4.1. The Service Provider does not verify the actual identity of users nor guarantee the accuracy of the information provided.
4.2. The Service Provider is not liable for damages that may arise from communication between users or real-life meetings. We always recommend following standard safety guidelines.
4.3. The Platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. The Service Provider is not liable for temporary technical interruptions.
5. Processing of Personal Data
5.1. The processing of User data takes place in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.
5.2. Due to adult content and sensitive data, the Service Provider implements all reasonable measures to ensure data security.
6. Dispute Resolution
6.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
6.2. All disputes shall be attempted to be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be resolved in Harju County Court or the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (Consumer Disputes Committee).
7. Cookies
7.1. The Platform uses only technically necessary cookies essential for the functioning of the service (e.g., keeping the User logged in and activating the VIP service).
7.2. The Platform does not use analytical or advertising cookies.
7.3. The User can control the use of cookies through their browser settings; however, disabling cookies may prevent functions requiring a login from working.
