This Privacy Policy explains how Salasoov OÜ (hereinafter the Platform) collects and processes the personal data of its users on the website salasoov.ee. 1. What data do we collect? We collect only the data necessary to provide our services and ensure security: User Account Data: Username, email address, date of birth (for age verification), and gender. Profile Data: Photos and texts that the user chooses to publish about themselves. Payment Data: When purchasing a VIP package, payment information is processed by third-party payment providers (Modena Estonia OÜ, [Zlick / Fortumo]). The Platform does not see or store your full card details. Technical Data: IP address (stored upon registration and every login), cookies, and device information. We use this data to ensure website security, detect service abuse, and maintain technical functionality. 2. For what purposes do we process your data? To provide the service and manage user accounts. To verify the age of users (18+ restriction). To process VIP package transactions and issue invoices. To provide customer support and ensure the security and internal order of the portal (prevention of fraud, detection of multiple accounts, and restricting access for users who violate terms of service). To ensure the security of the platform and protect users from fraud, spam, and malicious content, we use automatic filters. These systems scan private messages within the platform for specific keywords (e.g., terms that suggest fraud). If the system detects a threat, the message may be forwarded to platform administrators for manual review. 3. Sharing data with third parties We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We share data only in the following cases: Payment Service Providers: Only to the extent necessary to complete the payment. Legal Obligations: If we are required to share data with state authorities (e.g., the police) in accordance with applicable laws. 4. Data retention We retain your data as long as your account is active. Users have the right to delete their account at any time. Profile data and public content will be removed from the Platform immediately upon account deletion.
